No two projects are alike. We offer fully customized design services tailored to each client while, of course, leaving a touch of Design Envy, the luxury brand you’ve grown to love and admire. Whether you’re dreaming of a one-room transformation or a cohesive design across your entire home, our work is crafted with intention, style, and serious attention to detail.
Based on our 2026 project schedule and current market trends, we are being more intentional and selective with the projects we take on to ensure the highest level of service and results. At this time, we are accepting inquiries for projects with a minimum project spend of $15,000.

Once we review your questionnaire, we’ll reach out via email to schedule a brief phone call. This is the first step for us to get to know each other and make sure we’re a great fit.
Step 1
The Consultation
Every great design story starts with a chat (and no, not the “what’s for dinner?” kind). I kick things off with a quick phone call so we can see if we vibe. If sparks fly, we’ll book a billable 2-hour on-site consultation (mileage fee may apply—but hey, gas isn’t free).
During our time together, we’ll walk your space, swap ideas, and dream big about what it could be. Think of it as design speed-dating: lots of brainstorming, zero awkward silences.
Important note: this session is all about creativity and big-picture vision. We won’t be cranking out floorplans or furniture shopping lists just yet—save that for round two.
Step 2
The Scope of work
After your consultation, we return to the studio and translate your dreams, wishes, and must haves into a clear Scope of Work. Everything you shared, from big picture goals to the fine details, is captured here.
Once ready, we will review it together, then it is your turn to refine and tweak it based on your immediate needs and priorities. Some items may shift into a Phase Two, which is perfectly fine. Let us know what you would like adjusted and we will revise it so we can move forward in a timely manner. Great design thrives on momentum and refuses to live in draft mode.
Step 3
Creative & Presentation
This is where the design plan really starts showing off with specific products, services, and drawings, all leading to a fabulous design presentation packed with everything you need to confidently approve and get this party started.
Step 4
production & fulfillment
From construction to product ordering & management, your project is now fully underway.

Model breakdown
To keep things simple and easy to plan for, we operate on a flat-fee investment model.
Our Creative Services cover all design and development work, from concept to drawings and sourcing.
Our Project Fulfillment fee includes everything needed to bring that design to life from start to finish, based on your personalized Scope of Work, without the stress of hourly billing.
Lastly, Production simplifies the product side of things, covering all procurement, freight, receiving fees, inspect fees, delivery fees, trash removal, and final installation logistics behind the scenes.
Creative Services
Creative Services include all of the design work that shapes the look and feel of your project. This covers furniture selections and layouts, lighting, rugs, paint colors, tables, bookcases, and custom design elements such as cabinetry, built-ins, countertops, tile, wallpaper, plumbing fixtures, appliances, hardware, and more.
If it is visual and requires our design expertise, it lives in Creative, tailored to your specific project type. This investment covers design services only and does not include the cost of products or outside labor.
Our minimum Creative Services investment is $15,000.
Project Fulfillment
Project Fulfillment covers all of the behind-the-scenes work required to bring your project to completion.
This includes coordinating with contractors, trades, and workrooms to execute the design plan, along with site visits, progress meetings, and all related communication along the way. We also oversee the expert installation of every product into your home based on the plan we created for you.
From the moment you approve your selections to the moment you are relaxing in front of the TV with your family, we handle it all so you do not have to lift a finger.
This fee is calculated after your Scope of Work is finalized, and there is no minimum investment required for Project Fulfillment.
The Production
Production is the logistical management of all products and is paid as items are approved by you.
This includes shipping and freight, delivery coordination, inspections, warehousing, product procurement and tracking, quality control, returns, and local delivery into your home with assembly as needed. In short, all the unglamorous but critical work that ensures everything arrives exactly as it should.
Production is calculated as a percentage of your total product order on each invoice and is typically a range of 18-22%. Purchasing products through Design Envy is required to ensure quality control, consistency, and seamless execution from concept to install.
